What we do

• Offer a free 30-minute consultation-scope review so students and families can map what may apply before they apply.
• Collect the minimum intake fields needed to evaluate fit (see Privacy).
• Store submissions in internal systems only as long as needed to respond and follow up; delete when no longer needed for that purpose.
• Stay independent of StudentAid BC, schools, and lenders — we do not make funding decisions and do not submit applications for you.
• Accept privacy and security questions at info@skillucate.ca.

What we do not claim

• No SOC 2, ISO, PIPEDA certification badges, government seals, or school endorsements on this site. We do not invent compliance theater.
• We are not StudentAid BC, IRCC, CRA, or any ministry.
• We do not guarantee grants, loans, bursaries, or admissions outcomes.
• We do not collect SIN, full annual income, government login credentials, or full date of birth at intake.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising. Marketing email is opt-in only (default off).
• There is no public status board for skillucate.ca yet. If one ships, it will be linked here.

Data use in plain language

Intake data is used to decide whether your situation fits the free consultation scope and to contact you about that request. Optional SMS and marketing only apply if you opt in. Analytics, if present, are minimal first-party traffic measures — not cross-site ad pixels.
